A: Your pick up day is provided when you sign up.
Everything here is considered Payson, so technically we pick up in Payson Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays. Mondays are mainly Strawberry and Wednesdays are Pine. However, customers with dumpsters are on a different schedule.
A. Wheel your carts to the street and place them curbside by 5 a.m. on your collection day. Do not overload carts; the lids must close completely. Overage fees may apply to overfilled carts. Make sure that all trash and debris is in the cart. Garbage or waste left beside carts may not be collected. (Unless prior arrangements have been made through our office.)
The following items are included in everyday trash. These items can be placed in your curbside totes, bins, cans or containers.
- Diapers
- Disposable razors
- Cactus and palm branches
- Cat litter and pet feces
- Glassware and ceramic dishes/cups
- Hoses and wire
- Juice boxes/pouches
- Non-fluorescent light bulbs
- Sheet glass (windows, mirrors, etc.)
- Foam cups or packing materials
- Treated wood (painted, stained, etc.)
A. The following hazardous household waste items should NOT be treated as everyday garbage and should NOT be disposed of curbside, in your totes, bins or carts:
Hot Ashes
Batteries
Electronics
Fluorescent light bulbs
Paint and paint cans
Used motor oil and filters
Prescription medications
Bricks, pavers, rock, concrete, shingles, and other weighted construction debris
A: Off Road Trash Co does not offer recycling at this time.
We allow our customers to use bungees to secure the lids to help avoid this nuisance. However, we do NOT allow alterations to the tote such as drilling holes, attaching metal latches, etc. Alterations will result in fees as we cannot lease containers with holes or other damages.
